The European Start-up Prize for mobility and rail (EUSP) is an EU-funded acceleration and investment programme for sustainable mobility start-ups.

Fontana visualised the EU-funded acceleration and investment programme for innovation in mobility and rail creating a website, Manifesto editions 2020 and 2021, presentations and social media campaign.

Fontana has edited a series of video capsules for the launch event of the EU Startup Prize for Mobility competition on September 30, 2021. This event was produced and broadcast by spreadable.io. A project in partnership with The Brussels Times for the live stream on their platform. You will find here three videos of this series.

The European Steel Association (EUROFER, °1976) represents the entirety of steel production in the European Union.

EUROFER leads the facts-based transition of the EU steel industry to achieve carbon neutrality in 2050 by means of clear and solid reports and statistics as well as interactive maps.

EUROPUR is the European Association of Flexible Polyurethane Foam Blocks Manufacturers. Its member companies produce foam in 28 countries in geographical Europe, from Ireland to Russia and Turkey.

The brochure design gives covers three sections:

  • current overview of the flexible polyurethane foam markets in Europe and an estimation post
  • consumer PU foam volumes available in Europe, and the legal regulatory environment regarding End of Life solutions.
  • evolution of recycling technologies: mechanical, chemical and thermochemical recycling, as well as energy recovery.
  • the remaining challenges for increased recycling in the coming years.

Euromines  is the recognised representative of the European metals and minerals mining industry. The association’s main objective is to promote the industry and to maintain its relations with European institutions at all levels.

Fontana has edited a  video and designed animations for its various communication campaigns about the sustainable commitments of its members and their production practices.

Together we created a methodology and iOS smart application to assess and monitor the performance of transit hubs and other building types in security, energy and environment.

Participative project with neighbourhood committee creating awareness of the beauty and well-thought design of historic squares and their value as market and meeting places.

Mine Safety is an EU-funded OSH-development platform that promotes soft skills and competencies in Occupational Safety and Health management systems, tailor made, to small, medium and micro enterprises of the extractive industries in Europe.
Fontana branded the European program and developed a user-friendly website and interactive training module.

The Forest Medical Center welcomes you for primary health care, prevention, community and public health projects. Its interdisciplinary team is composed of welcome staff, general practitioners, physiotherapists, nurses and a gynecologist. It works on a flat rate system.

Fontana designed and implemented the Center’s visual identity including graphic, online and interior applications.

Job@uBuntu mutual knowledge and environment comprehension of one another in a “win-win” perspective. Ubuntu aims to bridge the gap between afro-european/afro-belgian citizens and employment market actors in Brussels.

To strengthen the voice and influence of Ubuntu, Fontana created a visual identity involving brochures, reports, posters, roll-ups an as well as animation.

The organisation is composed of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians and researchers specialised in specific segments of the building industry: roads, civil engineering, buildings…

Yellow design Foundation is an independent, multidisciplinary, european and interregional platform for research and information on community oriented design. It succeeds to the former Belgium-Luxembourg Institute for the Promotion of Industrial Design.

EASTI was inaugurated on 19 November 1997 as the European ICAO Avsec Training centre of Excellence by Dr. Assad Kotaite, President of the ICAO – Council, the Belgian Minister of Transport and the President of ECAC. EASTI provides workshops, courses and blended learning on aviation security in English, French and Dutch. Fontana designed and implemented the visual identity and website of the organisation.

ENEFIRST is an EU-funded project delivering on making the ‘energy efficiency first’ principle operational.

Efficiency First means giving energy efficiency a fair chance in the models and impact assessments that policymakers use to make decisions, strengthening those laws that already target efficiency, and integrating it into all other Energy Union policies. That includes funding decisions and infrastructure planning.

Eurochambres acts as the eyes, ears and voice of the business community at EU level. Eurochambres represents over 20 million businesses in Europe through 46 members (42 national associations of chambers of commerce and industry and two transnational chamber organisations) and a European network of 1700 regional and local chambers. More than 93% of these businesses are small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Chambers’ member businesses employ over 120 million. Fontana designed and implemented the organisation’s visual identity and on the occasion of its 60th anniversary developed the anniversary logo and collateral material.

#medsdisposal is a campaign to raise awareness on how to dispose of unused or expired medicines appropriately in Europe, bringing information on current disposal schemes in European countries to one place.

It is a joint initiative between European healthcare, industry and student organisations.

Fontana developed a dynamic new logo and branding.

The European Women’s Lobby (EWL) brings together the women’s movement in Europe to influence the general public and European Institutions in support of women’s human rights and equality between women and men.

As part of the Regional Forum which is part of the three-year UN Women Programme “Ending violence against women: Implementing norms, Changing minds”, Fontana designed a number of reports about mapping of policies and legislation on violence against women and the Istanbul Convention in the Western Balkans and Turkey.

Polis is a network of European cities and regions working together to develop innovative technologies and policies for local transport. The organisation’s aim is to improve local transport through integrated strategies that address the economic, social and environmental dimensions of transport. Fontana produced several videos on innovative urban transit initiatives for Polis.

Fontana made videos for Polis on the CityMobil2 project that runs in Trikala (GR), Lausanne (CH) and La Rochelle (FR), cities demonstrating automated road passenger transport.
